I think a lot of ladies fear weights because they think they are going to look like a guy.I started going to a gym about 20 years ago before I got pregnant with my 2nd child.
I started with step classes, aerobics and body conditioning type classes. I am not real coordinated so many times I felt embarrassed and actually remember leaving one class in tears. My friend and I hired a trainer and that is when I fell in love with lifting weights. I actually went to the hospital to deliver my son wearing my gap overalls.
